Nearly every business will have sent people to an exhibition at some point over the last year, but far fewer will have actually had a stand at an exhibition, trying to sell their company. Whilst the sheer size of many exhibition venues is enough to intimidate even the biggest companies, often companies who exhibit at such shows find that the extra business they make as a result of being present at the show is worth the hard work that goes into getting ready for the big day.
One of the biggest problems companies have when deciding that they are going to attend an exhibition for the first time as an exhibitor is working out what to take, and how they are going to display everything they want to show.
Here at Furniture Hire UK, we can help, and with years of experience of showing at exhibitions ourselves, we know just what you need to make your first, or your twenty first exhibition a success. One of the first things you'll need to worry about is display space. Often you'll be given a square of space, with two sides having boards you can display bits on, and two sides being exposed. By taking additional display boards you can create a walk through area, with lots more display real estate, so you have a better chance of showing your work and selling your product.
You will also need somewhere to display any leaflets, or sales documentation you may have prepared. You may not have anything like this in the office, but with furniture hire, you can simply hire a brochure stand or two for the time you are at the exhibition, which will professionally display the information you want to get across.
For ease of talking to, writing down and storing details, business cards, additional material you may want to take advantage of the mobile exhibition caddy, which doubles up as a tall table and a storage device. It's also portable so you can sit at stalls around it when it's quiet, but move it to one side when it get's busier.Furniture Hire UK also offer a range of foldaway chairs and seating for your staff to get some rest when they are not talking to visitors, something which can be essential during such a long day.
