Grace was an absolute star during this enquiry, this was an urgent job needing a next day delivery for what was alot of equipment. The job was cancelled and rescheduled in a short space of time and the team still got the kit out on the day it was required.

We learned of the death of HMQ Elizabeth II whilst the furniture was en-route for an event which we delayed as a mark of respect. From the delivery guys who took the furniture back to the warehouse without complaint, through to the sales lady who called and emailed to arrange delivery and collection two weeks later without complaint, everyone provided excellent service. Everything was OK apart from the delivery turning up 45 minutes early before our office was due to open and also before many staff were in to help with getting the delivery upstairs.
