The International Centre Telford benefits from the fact it has been especially designed for modern conferences. It’s clear that the owners of the venue have created a contemporary space that have today’s cutting edge companies in mind. Having an unbranded space means that those booking the venue can do exactly that.
Large stocks of conference furniture
Many of the rooms within the centre can be joined to create exceptionally large spaces, or you’re free to use them as separate halls if that suits your occasion better. When it comes to arranging big events, then it’s likely that you’ll also need a large amount of hire furniture, which we can deliver. One of the most common items we transport to large conference venues are our stacking chairs.
Coming in both black and blue, these hire chair products are very comfortable and look great too, thanks to their traditional seat and polished frame. We also have very large stocks of stacking chairs, as they are such a popular hire furniture products for these events, and other too, such as seminars, conventions and shows.
Design your space in the International Centre
Separately the International Centre has over two dozen rooms, however, these can be joined up when you want a very spacious venue. For example, Hall 1 and 2 offers 3735 square metres of room when they are used as one location. With room to seat 4,500 in a theatre style, the pillar-free area is a fantastic blank canvas which you can fill with all the hire furniture you need, as well as branding. These halls also have separate entrances, and areas for registration so they are also perfect for when you’d like to use them as two rooms.
Slightly smaller coming in at 3,000 square metres, is Hall 3, which is similar in style to the other halls and can host 3,500 people in theatre style seating. All these rooms are fantastic for all your large conventions, and when you’re arranging smaller events, the International Centre can cater for these too.
Adapt suites for your galas, ceremonies and formal dinners
The flexibility to increase or decrease function rooms is a theme that extends throughout the entire venue. Gala dinners, awards ceremonies, even weddings are perfect for the location’s Ludlow Suite. The full suite can cater for 1,480 guests seated in a theatre style, or 1,000 for a banquet. It’s possible to divide this part of the venue into three separate areas, for those smaller occasions.
Whether you’re arranging an intimate dinner or a gala for thousands, then our event furniture is ideal. We have many banqueting tables in stock - both rectangular and circular. Featuring folding legs and a sturdy surface, these products can be set up very quickly, for efficient set up. They perfectly complement our banqueting chairs, which can be ordered with black or white covers or ultimate sophistication.
