Furniture Hire UK plough on through the snow

It looks as though temperatures this Easter will barely reach double figures and many of us will be wrapping up warm, rather than ‘hopping’ and ‘springing’ to Easter Egg Hunts. The current temperature is somewhat different to last year, the third warmest month on record, when we were basking in temperatures among the 70s.

As British summer time officially begins on Sunday 31st March, many of us are questioning why the winter season seems to be never ending. Meteorologist Dr Liz Bentley, founder of the Weather Club at the Royal Meteorological Society says it is all down to the position of the jet stream. Nationwide Delivery

Nonetheless, the team at Furniture Hire UK continue to plough through the snow and ensure our customers are receiving their goods. Products were delivered to a client based in Doncaster between 0700 and 0900 earlier this week and were due to be collected again between 1500 and 1600. Despite the M62 being blocked and the M1 closed in some areas, our dedicated team arrived less than 1 hour late. Whilst many of us would have turned round and given up, customer service at Furniture Hire UK is at the forefront of our business model.

High Levels of Customer Service

Whilst our team of drivers and installation workers make light work of furniture hire installations, deliveries and collections, it is extremely hard work and easily underestimated. The trying weather conditions in the North only partially slowed our team in their tracks and many of our clients would never have even known there were more than 12 inches of snow upon the ground.

Let’s hope the dawn of summer finally brings some warmer and more enjoyable weather. The whole team at Furniture Hire UK would like to wish all our visitors to the site as well as new, returning and regular clients a very Happy Easter!
