Award season isn’t just for movies - but the hire industry too! This year we’re delighted to be considered for EHA Company Of The Year.
In just two months' time we'll be seated alongside other worthy nominees as the winner of this category is called, and we can't wait to take part in this exciting event.
Celebrating 40 Years
Held on a yearly basis for a staggering 40 years in 2015, the Hire Awards of Excellence welcomes nominees from companies who provide services within the rental sector, including furniture hire. This April will be one of the biggest and showstopping competitions because of this very special anniversary, and we can’t wait to join in all the excitement.
Hosted by the Hire Association and the Event Hire Association, the awards recognise and highlight the work of companies and individuals in the hire industry. There’s a whole selection of categories depending on company size and aspects of businesses too, such as Service Provider of the Year, Product of the Year, and Catalogue of the Year. Held at a deluxe London venue, this year we’ll be treated to a champagne reception, as well as a sophisticated sit down meal, before the winners are named.
In Great Company
We’re happy to announce that we’ve been shortlisted for the EHA Company of the Year category, which recognises the role of businesses in event equipment rental. The independent judges look at a range of factors to see which of the three nominees win this amazing accolade, with the application of organisation values, procedures and staff training opportunities all considered. In addition to the companies themselves, the important role individuals play is also highlighted via the Apprentice of the Year, Depot Manager of the Year and Workshop Manager of the Year.

Each of the winners in the above categories are then put forward for the Hire Achiever of the Year - which is always eagerly awaited, especially by us as we understand the excitement of these categories. In 2012, Lisa our marketing manager was crowned as both the New Starter of the Year and Hire Achiever of the Year too. As we’ve grown and developed we’re excited to have been nominated for the Company of the Year award and will continue to strive for excellence in our industry.
