How Hiring Works

1 – Create an Instant Online Quote

  1. Select products you wish to hire.
  2. Confirm delivery and collection postcodes.
  3. Confirm hire period requirements.
  4. ...quotes can be printed / downloaded (PDF) / emailed

2 – Make Payment – 3 easy options

  1. Credit or Debit Card
  2. Klarna
  3. PayPal
  4. Bank Transfer (business orders only)
  5. ...all we ask is that you make full payment before 15:00 the weekday before delivery, unless you have a credit agreement with us.

3 – Delivery & Collection – what to expect

  1. One Day Before Delivery/Collection...
  2. We will email you by 8am with a tracking link so you can track the progress of your delivery/collection anytime! The email will also contain useful information including your invoice number and our contact details should you need to speak with us. Collection emails also include an option to extend your hire period.

  3. Delivery/Collection Day Morning...
  4. You will receive an SMS text message confirming your delivery/collection window (for standard deliveries / collections). Remember, you can track the progress of your delivery/collection anytime online.

  5. One Day After Collection...
  6. You will receive an email inviting you to leave us feedback, good, bad or otherwise.

Useful Information

Prices & Hire Periods

  1. Prices shown on the website are for 1-7 days hire - it’s the same price for 1 to 7 days.
  2. Hire for as long as you need: days / weeks / months / even years! Longer = cheaper.

Super Fast Delivery

  1. We offer same day (additional fees apply) and next day delivery, subject to availability.

Delivery Options

  1. Standard – ground floor (e.g. hallway or loading bay).
  2. Special – delivery to any other floor.
  3. Installed – full setup included.

Extending Hire Periods

  1. During a furniture rental agreement, you can chose to extend your hire period anytime – simply contact our sales team to re-arrange collection.
