What is confex?
Confex is an international exhibition for the events industry that has now been on for 39 years. The event brings together the largest gathering of event professionals in the UK and helps event organisers discover suppliers, venues and service providers. The exhibition consists of over 100 talks across two days and takes place between 8th and 9th March at the Excel Centre, located in the Royal Victoria Dock in London.

Take the time to plan - If you are wanting to exhibit your products, what exactly are you wanting to show off? Decide what your goal is, maybe come up with a theme. If you are wanting to network, research what exhibitors will be there and make note of who you want to see.

Be COVID safe - COVID is still such a new way of living for many of us, we have only all just started going to events again and A LOT has changed. Remember to think about safety precautions such as COVID screens, hand sanitiser, masks.

Travel Arrangements - There are several ways of travelling to Excel, London Overground, London Underground, DLR, National Rail, Driving & parking, river & cable car, cycling or walking. Make sure to check which option is best suited to you.

Be prepared to carry lots! - Many stalls at Confex will be offering freebies. You will soon find yourself carrying bags and bags of items.
